April OBC In-Meeting at F.H. Steinbarts on Thursday April 10th @6:30pm Education: Demonstration of kegging, bottling, and other homebrew management techniques.  Food: Peppers and Cheese in any way, shape, and form. 

Like other modern 100% gluten-free dedicated breweries Evasion uses an alternative-grains approach, using millet, rice, buckwheat, and other low-gluten or gluten-free grains to create a beer that has a close - sometimes, nearly indistinguishable - resemblance as possible to conventional beers brewed with malted barley, wheat, rye, and other grains with gluten. They are proficient enough at this to have won a medal at Great American Beer Festival in 2019

March OBC In-Meeting at F.H. Steinbarts on Thursday March 13th @7pm Education: "Everything you know about Saison is wrong" presentation by Kyle Krause of Pfriem Brewing Food: Food on a Stick - kebabs, skewers, lolly pops, etc. 

Please join us for the February OBC Social B-meeting at Sotrmbreaker Brewing (Mississiuppi) Thurs. Feb. 27 @ 7pm. 

The Feb. meeting has been postponed until Feb. 20th. OBC In-Meeting for February - open to anyone BEER: We will be sampling the stouts that have been made for the style competition. If you would like to bring a beer to share prior to the stout discussion, please email board@obc.beer with your request.  FOOD: Annual Fudge Competition - If you plan on bringing fudge to the competition please bring it prior to 7pm when the judging by the club will start! PLEASE NOTE: if you can't or don't want to bring fudge, then the burgermeister suggests that you bring 'Unromantic Foods' to share with everyone.  EDUCATION: Discussion of the stouts by the team brewers!
